Untuk memperluas bisnis, Matapel Chemicals membuka divisi perdagangan dengan nama PT. Mata Pelangi Tradindo pada tahun 2000.
Saat ini Matapel Chemicals menjadi salah satu perusahaan kimia terkemuka di Indonesia yang unggul dalam pembuatan pigmen dan emulsi silikon. PRODUCTION OPERATOR
We are looking for a hard-working production operator with experience in Masterbatch Industry. You will be responsible for preparing raw materials, machinery and equipment for use, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines. To be successful as a production operator you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding production worker should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.
REQUIREMENTS :
Min. SMK from Machinery/ TKR/ Automotive/ Chemistery
Proven experience as Production Operator in Pigment
Preparation/ Masterbatch Industry
Proven experience using Two Roll Mill Machine
Experience in mixing color is preferable
Placement: Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande, Serang

HEAD OF PRODUCTION
We are looking for Head of Production with experience in Pigment Preparation or Masterbatch (Plastic/PVC) Industry.
You will be responsible for planning and monitoring all production activities & development project, responsible for new material development and its trial, creating formulation for matching color, Insuring the formulation can be applied to production and investigate customer’s complaint regarding technically problem.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering
Min. 5 years experience as a Lead in Pigment Preparation, or
Masterbatch Production/Lab
Proven experience using Two Roll Mill Machine
Experience in mixing color Placement: Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande, Serang
